    Awesome site and great info!
Just wondering which club has a younger crowd? My girlfriends and I are in our early 20’s 🙂

    • admin

      Maybe try Palladium or Republiq.

  • Lloyd

Hey, I was wondering if you knew of any events for NYE this year. I know republiq will be a guaranteed hit, but is there some other events just as good or if not better around NYE? Thanks.

    • admin

Any of the big clubs will be a good party. Opus, Prive, Republiq, Hyve, Haze, Palladium, etc. It really depends on the crowd that you like the best.

      • Lloyd

Do you know when will be to purchase tickets or reserve a table? Thanks.

  • rj

Hi, I hope you can help. I like house trance or techno. Just came back and no idea where to go. Noticed you’ve recommended Time on fridays for my kind of music…but wondering if it gets busy and what is the crowd like there? Thanks.

    • admin

Yes Time is the best for that kind of music. It usually get’s crowded late (after 1am) depending on the event.

  • Anna

Hey! Visiting from CA with others who are in mid 20s and love hip hop, rap, and electronic music. I saw ur post above for Weds-Fri but how about Mondays and Tuesday? Also, just curious which are higher end i.e. celebrities often at? I’d like to plan for bottle service. Thank you!

    • admin

      Tuesday you can try Prive.
Monday is not a big night in Manila, but you could go to Opus.
      Both are high-end places.

  • Tamra

We are planning to have a Saturday night out. I have a friend who wants to hit the dance floor all night long. Can you recommend a good place? Anyway, we have choose two, Republiq and Encore, but is encore still open? What time do you think those bar go swirl the night and DJ Rockin’ ?

    • admin

Encore was closed years ago. You should try Republiq and Opus (they are next door to each other) in Resorts world, or Prive and Hyve in BGC.

      • Tamra

        Thanks Much!

  • RC

I am so glad to have stumbled upon your site! I am a woman from New York in my late 20s and will be visiting the Philippines in January. I LOVE hip hop/dancehall/reggaeton/top40 music. Please recommend me places for the following days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday that will play those music genres.

    • admin

      Some ideas:
      Wednesday: Republiq
      Thursday: Prive
      Friday: Republiq / Hyve
      Saturday: Opus / Aracama

    • Mike Lowrey

You saved me from asking about the same genres. And I’ll be there in January too so Admin’s response is bang on. Thanks 🙂

  • Primo West

Eastwood City has Eden and Manor. Which age group go there? Which night are best for each age group? What time do they go rocking?

    • admin

Manor was closed and re-opened as Eden, but it’s currently closed as well.

  • Muevelo

Is club Embassy any good? worth its weight in gold or should I venture else where? I’ll be staying in downtown. Also, I know this is clubbing but how’s the Latin scene in Manila, recommend a good place?

    • admin

Club Embassy has been closed years ago. Currently the best spots are Republiq, Opus, Prive, Hyve, Palladium, etc.

  • Joebs

What club do u suggest for late 30’s?

    • admin

      Prive or Opus

  • Melissa

Hi! Great site you got here. Very helpful. Anyway, I have a few questions. I’m from Cebu and my friends and I will be in MNL 2nd week of Sept. We’ll be staying in Parañaque. What’s a nice place to chill on a Tuesday night? We’re not really looking for a club that has all those dancing, DJs, and stuff like Republiq, Prive, etc. We just want a place that’s decent and has good music (not necessarily a place with a DJ. Plain background music will do as long as the music’s not baduy). Yung parang bar and lounge type lang sana but decent. If you’ve been to Cebu, I’m looking for places like GILT, Labelled, Goombah or Urban Cellar. And sana you can suggest a place that’s near Parañaque. Hope to hear from you soon. Thaaaaankkssss!!! (:

  • Carlo

    Is LAX club still open?

    • admin

No, LAX Club has been closed down.

  • jean

Hi! My cousins (all girls) from US are coming to visit the Philippines next week and want to go clubbing. I have no idea where to take them (honestly, I can’t remember the last time I went clubbing), thank god I found your site. Upon reading, I’ve narrowed my list to 7th high & palladium, as they want a great party atmosphere and those two are closer in my place than republiq. My only concern with 7th high is it’s more of a younger crowd, we are in our late 20′s and we don’t want to look like old ladies trying to fit in. Would that be the case if we go there? They’re also interested on meeting Filipino men the same as our age. Which will you recommend? And which club on which night. Thanks in advance!!! Sorry if it’s long. 🙂

    • admin

7th high is really a more younger crowd. Palladium has an older crowd, but a lot of expats and working girls. I would recommend Prive or Republiq for your group.

  • Bobby Emmanuel

We are going to Manila on 24 September to the 28th of September.

What clubs would you suggest we go to on the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday?

We would ideally prefer places with a big dance floor and with a decent crowd! If you could give us a few options on the various days that would be great!

    Thanks in advance!

    • admin

      Tuesday: Prive / Opus
      Wednesday: Republiq
      Thursday: Prive / Urbn
Friday: Republiq / Palladium / Hyve / Haze
      Saturday: Opus

  • Dominique

    Hi there,
I’ll be down at Manila with some friends. Its our first ever visit there.
Would like to know where to hangout to meet and pick up women from Thursday till Saturday. And would you be able to recommend any nearby service apartments to the nightlife in Manila?

Really appreciate it. If you help me then email me and i shall buy you a drink.. We can have a party at the apartment ;-P

    • admin

Picking up girls is the easiest in Palladium and Icon.
As for serviced apartments try BSA Suites or SomerSet

  • dre

Where does club haze rank? What type of music? What days are open?

    • admin

Clube Haze is very nice if you like house music (trance and electro etc).

  • Carlo

Oh so guest list means free entrance?

    • admin

  • Jumang

How much is the entrance fee on Fri and Sat? @Republiq Thanks!

  • Tin

Hi! We’re planning to go to Bliss UltraClub this saturday. We’re all first timers. It’s my friend’s birthday and I thought, well, since all of us are over 18 why not try clubbing. We’re from Metro Manila, any tips and advices? I have a contact for guest listing, we just don’t know what are the do’s and dont’s. Nobody wants to look like a first-timer or “basang sisiw” that are mostly just in the corners of the club. Thank you for your time! <3

  • Akritti

Hey, I am traveling to Manila for business in mid July and I will be alone there. can u pls recommend some “must visit” clubs…. and also tell me how safe is it for a woman to go to these clubs alone

    • admin

it’s safe to go to clubs alone. Check out Prive in the Fort (Bonifacio Global City) and/or Republiq in Resorts World.

  • admin

If you can afford the entrance fee I wouldn’t bother about guest list. Guest list means waiting in line for a long time. When you just pay the entrance fee you can just walk in right away.

  • Izzy

Hi! Where can I find clubs in Manila with Korean crowd?

    • admin

Most clubs have some Korean crowd, including republiq, 7th high, Palladium. There are quite some Koreans in clubs in Malate (Insomnia)

    • Abbey

      Zyzzx >_< haha!

I have heard of a place from a U.S. soldier he told me about, Angel Island ABC!! Is there a place called that in Manila and were is it located?? How is it?

    • admin

ABC is in Angeles, it’s about 2 hours away from Manila (or more depending on traffic).
Angeles City is pretty much a girly bar town.

  • Law

Guess my comment didn’t come out. Thanks for the prompt reply, Admin. You’ve been most helpful.

I need some clarification though — So I understand typical tables based on levels (bronze, silver, gold, etc), are different price points 6000, 8000, 12000 psp, etc. This of course includes all food/drinks/people at the table.

Now let’s say it is just ME and my BUDDY…the two of us… and we get TWO bottles… If we went with the 12000 psp deal, that would eat up most of the account and reach the max. Are we allowed to have as many girls come and go to our table as we please? I don’t think they cost 1000 psp each to join our table. The 1000 psp charge per person is for the ‘initial party’ correct? Like if it was me and 4 guys… that would equal about 5000 psp?

How does it work in Manila regarding this? I am assuming with a table and seating, we can rotate as many girls in and out as we please. I like variety. 🙂 Please advise…

    Thank you.

    • admin

Yes correct. If you want to bring people that are already in the club to your table you can bring as many as you want, unless you have a platinum table. For the platinum table it’s a bit different, because it’s a separate area and you will need a stamp for every girl you bring. They can be quite strict about this, but it depends a bit on the bouncers and how you treat them (hint) 😉

  • Law

Also regarding RSVP/reservations. If I book a table ahead of time (this week) for next week. When do I make payment? Is payment due at the time of booking or can I pay the day before and/or same day?

    • admin

With most clubs you can just pay for the booking when you arrive, but some clubs want you to arrive very early (when the club is still empty), so sometimes it’s better to go (or send someone) to pay in advance.

      • Law

Got you on the booking. Thanks again for the clarification. One more question that came to mind though, regarding the tables. I haven’t seen this question asked and/or verified before.

So based on the readings, I understand there is a charge of 1000 pesos per PAX (person). Now say my friend and I book a table that seats 8 and we decide to get two bottles, does that now mean we can no longer have girls at our table (because we have hit the 8000 or 12000 table max)? To have girls come to our table, does that entail a 1000 charge per girl? I don’t think so, but I wanted to seek clarification on this.

I am guessing the PAX limit and extra surcharge is for your ‘original party’ (guys). The girls (unlimited) can come and go as they please right? So it is more beneficial to have less guys in the original party.

If it is just my friend and I and we book a table for 8…we’ll have a great time I’m guessing? Thank you.

        • admin

The amount of people that is listed for the tables, is the amount of people that you can bring in to the club for free. For example if your table includes 15 people (PAX), you can bring in 15 people for ‘free’. If you want to bring more than 15 people, they will charge 1,000 more per extra person.
So for example if your table is 20K and includes 15 people, but you come with 20 people you will pay 25,000. The full 25,000 can be spend on drinks. It’s fully consumable.
And of course you can spent more, if your bill is 30,000 you just pay the extra 5,000 when you leave.

If you have a gold, silver or bronze table, and want to bring people to your table that are already in the club, there is no need to pay extra. You can just bring them to your table.
If you have a platinum table it is different, because it’s separated and has a bouncer that checks for stamps, so in that case you’d have to ‘buy’ stamps for any additional person.

Example, if you have a platinum table and your table includes 15 people and you are with 10 people, and want to bring some people to your table that are already inside the club, you can just get free stamps for 5 of them, if you want more, you have to pay 1K per extra person. But the 1K is fully consumable.

Hello – I am visiting from the United States next weekend. What is your recommendations for clubs and meeting the most girls (pretty of course:) on Monday?

For Tuesday, I read above you recommend Prive? (what music at Prive on Tues?)
    Wed – Republiq?
    What place for Thursday?

    I depart Friday… Thank you!

    • admin

Monday is not a huge night in Manila. Opus is probably your best bet if you want to go to a club/lounge.
Tuesday Prive, music depends but it’s usually a mix of hits/hiphop/house, just good party music.
      Wednesday Republiq.
Thursday, maybe Prive again if you liked it on Wednesday, or the Cabana Club at Republiq.

      • Law

        Thanks for the prompt responses!

What’s best days for 7th High and Paladium? I may have a FRI or SAT too…how would you divide it up? 7th on FRI? I like the fact that 7th has a younger crowd. Recommended?

Republiq both days too of course is good.

        • admin

Palladium and 7th high have a very different crowd.
Palladium has a lot of expats and girls who want to mingle with foreigners.
7th High has a younger crowd, a lot of college girls and guys, hardly any expats/foreigners. Great vibe and great DJs though.
So it depends on what you like.

  • guys,
i’ll be staying in alabang coming end of june. any clubs that plays house music, or any upscale clubs in alabang area?

    • admin

I am not too familiarly with Alabang night-live. There is some bars/lounges with DJs, but I don’t know if they are good and what nights to go etc.

  • rowena

Hi, me and my friends are planning to go clubbing this Saturday, we are in our 30s, where would you recommend? Republiq or what? How much is the entrance. How can we get it for free? Thanks

    • admin

Saturday is House Music in Republiq. If you like house music you should check it out.
You can also try Opus next door. Opus is free entrance. Republiq has a fee, but it includes a free drink.

  • ken

I am coming over for a short trip but staying from sun to wed
    replubic not opened i know
    how abt Palladium ?
or any better club to go?

    • admin

Try Opus on Monday if you really want to go out.
Go to Prive on Tuesday. That’s a good night.

      • ken

how is monday fever at Time?

  • jade

hi, been wanting to take my hubby to a strip club for his birthday. most places seem a little scary for women and some dont allow women. would you know any decent women-friendly places and still give my husband his surprise?

    • admin

There are not a lot of real strip clubs, just girly bars. The ones in P.Burgos don’t have any problem with women visiting. Try Mirrors it has some pole dancing etc.

  • ishan

hi,which is best place to party on saturday night?is republic good or seven high on saturday night?

    • admin

Really depends on your taste of crowd and music. Republiq has house music on Saturdays.

  • Sunday party

Where is a good place to party on a Sunday night and meet people? And dance?

    • admin

Sundays are not very popular for clubs. You could try B-Side

  • siddharth

for your information, Prive have dress codes to follow. no casual slippers and shorts are allowed. That is cool but which club on earth does not allow t-shirts!!! went there last night.. only colored shirt people are allowed. #Disappointed

  • jun

    Woah!! Great Site..very informative.

I’ll be arriving in Metro Manila this coming May. I’m going solo this time around , so I’m looking for a place that I could meet up with people or play hooky with girls.

I hope it’s a place where i don’t have to make reservation cause what’s the use of it if i’m going solo.haha

    • admin

Palladium would be your best bet. At the door say you are invited by the Jamir Brothers.

      • jun

ok thanks man..i was waiting for your reply… good thing i extended my stay here in manila..

i’ll keep in mind what you just said..thanks..

        • jun

          Sorry for the late post..

I’ve been to Palladium and I had a great time…

My plan to go solo have been ruined by my colleagues. So didn’t got to hook with girls that time..

Well anyway.. Thank you a lot for the infos..
I’ll probably try the other clubs or might come back to Palladium next time.

I’ll share your site to my other friends..

  • Gijs

Do you have to be 18 years old to enter Palladium?

    • Gijs

And if you pay for a table. Is the amount fully consumable?

      • admin

Yes, the amount is fully consumable

    • admin

Yes, but they are not so strict, especially since you are a foreign guy I don’t think you will have any problem.

  • Derek Schock

    Hi, great site.
I am arriving in Manila next week 18th April until 23rd and looking for the best places to meet single ladies (Not bar girls).

Also which clubs are the best for Trance music.

    • admin

It’s easy to meet girls everywhere, but the easiest place to meet girls is Palladium. A lot of girls go there just to hook up with guys.

  • Jerwynn Bigyan

Whoops I made a mistake. I’ll be in Manila May 30th-June 1st. So what are some good clubs to go to that Thursday and Friday night?

    • admin

Thursday you should go to Prive. Friday to Republiq.

  • irin

How to get into the GL of 6th high? Will they need IDs? What if im not yet legal. Im 17 this year. Only been to open parties so this will be a first so please help! Thanks

  • Christine

Hello, what are good bars (preferrably super clubs) in Alabang area?

  • Harv’

We’re a fil-am couple returning to Manila for the first time in 5 years who like to “play” when out, so if we wanted to get a little “naughty” in one of the dance clubs in Manila (not girly bars as we’re together already), which place might em..look the other way, or are most places in Manila really strict on this sort of thing?

    • admin

haha please, define getting a little naughty and I might be able to answer the question better 🙂

  • John

I love your site. I will visit Manila for the first time next month. Are there any clubs that play Latin music in Manila? Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, etc. Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work! Thanks!

  • Drew

Awesome site! Great info and I had fun looking through all your pages on club information. Thank you! A friend of mine and I are headed to Manila Friday and Saturday 22-23 March (next week). What would you recommend as the “must go to” clubs for Friday and Saturday? We are wanting to get tables (I know its a bit late) and want to be with the (as you say in your post) “in-crowd”. Look for the top spots (with beautiful girls) that play Electronic Music and/or Hip-hop. Any help would be greatly appreshiated!

We were leaning towards Palladium, URBN, 7th High, OPUS, and Republiq. Just want to narrow the list and identify which clubs on which night… Thanks!

    • admin

I would go to Republiq on Friday and maybe Palladium or Saturday. Palladium is great for meeting people/girls, but it’s less high class than for example Opus, which is more like a luxurious lounge with a DJ. So it depends on what you like. Some people like more interaction and easier conversation with new people, in that case you should go for Palladium. If you only want high class, Opus is better.

      • Law

Hi Admin, I am very much like Drew. Would you say 7th High is also good for Friday and/or Saturday also? You stated 7th High is more younger crowd? 18-20? A lot of girls at 7th High on weekend?

        • admin

Yes, 7th high is less ‘posh’ than clubs like Opus and Prive etc. Younger crowd indeed and plenty of girls 🙂

  • L

Hi. What’s the best spot on a Friday night that plays hiphop and rnb? Thanks.

    • admin

      7th high and Republiq

  • Maryjane

    hi there,
    love your website…

    • admin

      Wednesdays are great in Republiq

  • As usual you have posted with a few very exciting points and I’ve as of now included this blog to at least one I am going to follow : )

  • Lee

Hey, Ill be in Manila in a month and was wondering what my best options are Sunday night for Hip Hop / Top40 with people dancing?

  • Kae

I’m 18 and very inexperienced in clubbing. I’m going to be in the Phillipines this March, so I want to try it out. Would you mind recommending a good place to hang out with a few of my other friends? With good music, a fairly young crowd and cute asian boys? Hope to hear from you. 🙂

    • admin

      You might like 7th High.

  • johnnyboy

    whatup mr. admin,,,,
got any suggestions for 90’s hip hop or reggae clubs around greenbelt 2?

    • admin

Aracama in BGC has a 90s night on Wednesdays. Not sure about the Greenbelt area.

      • johnnyboy

cool bro..thank you…also, is there any funk clubs on certain nights??
        thanks again..

  • Brian

Which club do the Filipino actresses and models frequent?

      Republiq, Prive, Opus

  • moxlox

Here in Manila on a Saturday in December. Want to find a cool club with electronic dance music (preferably underground style). This Time club in Makati sounds good. What’s it like? Big, small? Is there any way to get in on a guest list – me and my wife gonna hit the grooves :))) Where in Makati is it?

Great site and blog…learned lots cheers!

    • admin

Time is pretty small and usually not very busy, unless there is a special event.
Worth to check out though. It’s in Makati avenue, just past p.burgos, it’s on the other side of the road across A.Venue.
For guest list maybe Like them on Facebook, some of their events have free guestlist

  • Stacy

I have a few friends coming from Los Angeles, they wanna go clubbing on the night of Dec 1, 2012 – Saturday. What can you recommend?

  • Ianne

I’m planning my 18th bday and I wanna treat my friends…15max 18-19yrs old. Which club do you recommend? Friday or Saturday please 🙂 thank you :>

    • admin

7th High should be a good option.

  • john

for the imperial ice bar, is it open already? and do we need guest list for that or we can just walk in? and whats the fee for walk in?

    • admin

      You can just walk in.

  • fierce7

How much is the table rate in palladium? thanks 🙂

  • Adrian

What’s up! Alright, a friend of mine from S. Korea will be visiting Philippines for a short time period. We are looking into partying on Christmas (25th)! What is good on that Tuesday?

Also, will be coming back to Makati for 2 nights to party on 31-2 Jan. Where is a good place to celebrate the NYE!

    • admin

Christmas is one of the only days a year that nearly the whole country shuts down, so most clubs will probably be closed.
For new years, every club has great new years parties. Republiq, Opus, Prive, 7th High, Palladium, etc.

  • john

Do we need to be on the guestlist to get into palladium? and also how much are the rates when we are inside and what charges do we need to pay?

    • admin

You can be on the guestlist, or just say you’re with Jamir at the door. Not sure about the rates, you’d have to contact Palladium directly or check their FB.

  • grace angat

i need help… and my flight attendant friends will be having vacation on December at the same time…planning to have a get together dinner then head out to a club after on 19Dec/wednesday….around 20pax++ (with bf & hubbies)…any suggestions for great restaurants and nearby bar/club….will appreciate it a lot!!! =D

    • admin

I recommend Buddha Bar for this. Great dinner and great lounge. If you want to go to a ‘real’ club after you could go to Palladium which is fairly close by.

  • jay

looking for a place to go on monday nights with my friends from states? hip hop preferably… you think its safe to just hang out at the fort and see what popping there?

    • admin

Monday’s is not really big for clubbing. You could go to Aragama in the fort, which is a filipino restaurant where they have DJs on Mondays.

  • Kim

Oh! I’m really hooked with your site, I found a lot of interesting information here, it made me updated again with the latest places to check out around Manila. Two thumbs up for you!

  • Shyrill

We are looking for a NYE club party. Any suggestion which have a good party night?.

    • admin

Republiq, Opus, 7th High, Prive, Palladium
depending on your taste in crowd and music

  • lovely rolen sulatorio

i found your website when i research best night clubs in manila..i am wondering where i can find the club for 20’s 30’s that have nice party songs and affordable entrance fee and drinks..thank you

  • moien

    will be there AGAIN sooner

  • Angie

I was wondering which clubs you’d find other international/mixed people at?

    • admin

In most clubs in Makati and Resorts World you will find foreigners. The most in clubs like Palladium and Icon. But also Opus, Republiq and Prive.

  • diana

when is the best day to go to palladium? is it weird to go just solo?

    • admin

Fridays and Saturdays. It’s actually easy in Palladium to make friends if you are alone. You won’t be the only one. Just look for the Jamir brothers and ask them to introduce you to some people. It works really well in Paladium if you are solo and want to meet people.

  • kart

    Hi ,

I’m in my late 20s and interested in japanese girls, what clubs do they most likely go to when visiting here in manila?

    • admin

Not that many Japanese girls. It’s easier to find Korean girls. You can find them in most clubs, like Republiq and Palladium. Also a lot in the Malate/Manila area such as Insomnia

  • nathalie

hi, whats the best place to go on thursday?

    • admin

      Wonderland at Prive

  • miguel luis

aside from jill’s , where can we go for 70’s / 80’s dance music?

    • admin

Tuesday’s in Opus they have Retro Love

  • A&M

So Sunday night in Makati… It’s rainy but only on holidays so want to have some fun with a good crowd. Any suggestions for a couple of Aussie guys?

    • admin

Sunday is not a big night in Manila for partying. Only restaurants, sports bars, girly bars, etc.

  • Carlito Mendez

Hello. I’ve been to 7th High on a Saturday and I enjoyed the bumpy, jam-packed party with lots of girls there. Are there other clubs where I can have the same bumpy jam-packed party? Thanks!

    • admin

      Republiq in Resorts World

  • Jess

Do you have an idea how much the rates for tables are in fiamma? And if they’re consumable. Thank you!!

    • admin

Sorry, I haven’t been in Fiamma in over 2 years. Usually tables are always consumable.

    • Anne

try checking out their facebook page 🙂 They have 2 pages: fiamma fresh fridays and fiamma social saturdays. And yes, it’s consumable.

  • TQ

Coming from US and in search for a NYE party in Manila. Where is this at? Also, I will be staying in Manila from 29 Dec – 2 Jan. Any club suggestion on each day? I see REPUBLIQ is a popular place for NYE. I need good suggestions in terms of: fun, style, and more fun.

    – Thanks!

    • admin

Republiq or 7th High or Palladium for the best party, if you want more intimate and luxurious Opus or Prive.

  • karen

hi! my friend is celebrating her 25th bday on sep 28 ( fri )and i cant decide where to take her. it’s her first time to go clubbing, so i want her to really enjoy the night :). we’ll be going with 2 more friends, all girls. after reading all the questions and your replies, i narrowed my choices to 7th high & palladium.
we’re into hip hop and r&b. i have only been to encore & LAX ( i love encore more ) so my question is :between the 2, which is more comparable to encore? and isnt it more practical to just pay the entrance fee, rather than be on the guestlist, since when u pay, u get 2 free drinks, but when u get in for free, you have to buy drinks and its more expensive .. right? im asking coz i’ve never been on the GL before, but i’m willing to try it if its more practical, coz i’ll be footing the bill on the 28th. lol. and lastly, do u know how much a couch/table would cost at palladium? at 7th high , i heard that the cheapest is 4k…sorry if this is too long 🙂

    • admin

7th High will be much better for a group of girls. Palladium has a lot of house and a lot of girls that are just there to meet expats. 7th High should be your choice 🙂

  • jm

how much is the entrance fee for IconUltimateClub?

  • Casper

Looking for a High end bar that plays Hip Hop/ House House music to host private party that can host 20 people. Any suggested venues?

    • admin

      Maybe Distillery in the fort

  • Max aj

im gonna be in Manila on 6th of sep which is friday and of course i wanna party and have fun coz im only stayin dere for one night den off to Boracay .. im a big fan of hip hop which clubs do u recommend in Manila and Boracay ?

looking forward to hear from u .. thanx

    • admin

Go to Republiq on Friday in Manila. In Boracay you can visit Club Paraw or Summer Place.

  • Joyce

Hi, can I just say this is by far the most helpful website ever! You have every useful info on every club, it’s brilliant. AND you have so much patience answering the same questions over and over again!

I’m in Manila end of December and looking for somewhere to go on New Years Eve. We’re already booked in Republiq so another club just as good that you could recommend would be much appreciated! Thanks.

    • admin

There are not many clubs comparable to Republiq. For the bigger clubs you could try 7th High or Palladium. If you want a bit more intimate try Prive or Opus.

  • Michael J.

Coming to Manila for a week. Looking for recommendations on bars/clubs to meet/hook-up with local women (not prostitutes). Prefer bar/lounge type of places where they do have music/dancing and it’s conducive to meeting people. Not a big fan of the packed huge clubs, but can do that if need be.

Suggestions for places and nights of the week? Thanks!

    • admin

Easiest to meat women is Icon and Palladium in Makati, but a lot of the girls are kinda like working girls. They just go there to meet foreigners. They might not ask for money directly, but they hope you will fall in love with them and take care of them. But there are plenty of girls to meet there and they are not all like that.

  • mitch

Hi. For Friday, which club is the best for hiphop/R&B music (less house music)? Republiq and Opus are quite pricey, what other clubs could you recommend? preferrably makati area or nearby. Thanks!

    • admin

Try 7th High in the fort

  • Redsole89

I’ll be visiting the country sometime soon and will be based in Makati. I’d like to know if you can recommend a great Latin nightclub somewhere in the Makati or Manila area.Tnx!

    • admin

Latin music is not big in Manila.

  • Stacy

Hi. I’m planning on spending my birthday at a club but problem is most of my friends are seventeen year olds. Can you give me a club that doesn’t look for i.d?

    • admin

Probably easier in Malate or QC. I am not sure how strict they are there, but I think less strict than in Makati etc

  • Cheezey

I will be coming to Philippines next month and will be arriving on a saturday. We come from UK and was wondering which is the best and most popular club at the moment. Age range would be from 25-30. We want it to be posh but crazy at the same time. Maybe to a place where celebrities hang out most of the time. Those sort of places. The price doesn’t matter. Thanks!

    • admin

This will be Republiq (and also Opus next door, which is more like a lounge).

  • lucy

I’m planning a ladies’ friday night out for me and my best friend from the U.S. We are in our late 30’s. Can you recommend a place where the crowd is the same as our age and we’ll have a super fun time?

    • admin

You might like Prive in Fort Bonifacio Global City

  • iris

Hi. This site is very helpful but I can’t seem to solve my problem. My officemates and I plan on having an after party. But the rub is, there would be about 350-500 people. And the budget ranges from PHP250,000-270,000 only. So, can I have your advice for this? And please do give me numbers to call. I can’t find the contact numbers of all the clubs listed above. Thanks!

    • admin

What area are you looking to have the party (fort, makati, qc)
You could maybe do it at the top floor in 7th high 09175852164

  • Avin

We will be arriving in Manila on August 16th which is a Thursday. Just staying for one night. Any special events happening then? or which club should i go to on a Thursday. Any club would do, which ones have the best Thursday night?

    • admin

Thursday is not a very big clubnight. There are a few places where they have DJs that are quite popular on Thursdays such as Bond, M-Cafe and Prive is open as well.

  • flower

Hi, I’m a female and alone in makati. wanna check out cool place at night. hopefully u can tell me a cool place, not young crown, easy to catch up conversation. thanks

    • admin

You should try M-Cafe on Thursday nights. It’s easier to meet and talk to people there compared to a big club with loud music. They have a big crowd of expats etc. on Thursdays.

  • Namal

I am coming to makati city AIM, I want to enjoy with beautiful phillipino girl, please advice me? cost?

    • admin

      Bottoms, P. Burgos, PhP 3000

  • Arthur

Hi, whats the dresscode in palladium at greenbelt & how much is the entrance fee & the regular drinks like redhorse, antonov…
    thx 😉

    • admin

Dresscode is no slippers/sandals, no sleeveless shirts, etc. Entrance is free if you say “Jamir” at the door.

      • Arthur

        Thanks a lot 🙂

  • Pauline

Hi! I’m turning 21 on the 13th but would like to celebrate it on the 21st. Any recommendations on what place we can go to? I actually prefer hiphop and RnB. 🙂 thanks!

    • admin

On Saturday for RnB/HipHop go to 7th High

  • Sigrid

I haven’t been in the club/nightlife circuit for some time now apart from the occasional birthday parties here and there so I was wondering if you could recommend a place. A little bit of chilling and a bit of dancing? I’ve tried The Distillery in Eastwood and I was wondering if there’s a difference between that and the one in Bonifacio? What would you recommend more–Opus or The Distillery or something else?

    Much thanks 🙂

    • admin

If you like the Distillery you could try the one in the Fort, it’s kinda the same thing and music and a lot cheaper than for example Opus. If you want to go more luxurious you could try Prive in the Fort or Opus in Resorts World.

  • Mike0513

Its probably too far out to be planning now but 5 of my friends and I are finally heading back home to the Philippines all together in January 2013. 6 guys just looking for the best club in Manila. If we’re looking for a nice club with decent size dance floor good hiphop music with tables for bottle service and good fun crowd. what would be the best club to go to and what day.

    • admin

You should try Republiq (on Fridays’s, and it’s never too early to book, as it usually get’s fully booked quite far ahead in advanced). It’s like a Vegas style club, with nice tables with bottle service etc, with hiphop/mashup/rnb on Fridays. If you want a bit of a younger crowd (but usually more outgoing) you could try 7th High in the Fort.

  • Karla Misa

What are the entrance fee rates at 7th High? Do they accept guestlists? How? Thanks.

    • admin

Yes, there is guestlist, I will post info about this on the site later.

  • bliss

hi, how can my friends and i be on icon’s guest list? thanks.

  • craig

  • dominic

it it really easy to just say JAMIR when we get to palladium for free entrance?

    • admin

      yes 🙂

    Hi there,

Planning a trip to Manila late Sept 2012. Just wondering, what are the best nightclubs to go to on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday?
    Prefer RnB/HipHop/Commercial Electro clubs.

Do you know if there are any special events happening at that time as well like the Avicii Tour that happened a few months back.

    • admin

Monday is not a big night. Maybe try Opus. Tuesday go to Pirve, Wednesday Republiq, Thursday try a bar with DJ like Bond or M-Cafe

  • Rico

Yo Mr Admin, I want to go where I can talk to college girls. I heard guillys in manila have a lot of college girls during the weekend. is that true?

    • admin

yeah Guilly’s in QC and you can also try 7th High in Fort Bonifacio and Fiamma in Makati

  • Nik

Hi, my friends and I (all Fil-Ams) will be in Manila in July, on a Monday and a Tuesday. What are the best places to go clubbing these two nights? doesn’t matter what music it is, just needs to be poppin’! 🙂

    • admin

Monday is not a big night, Opus is the only club/lounge option I think. For Tuesday go to Prive.

  • Dior

Hi, my friends and I wanna know if there are nice clubs near Pasig area? We have tried 7th High at The Fort but was wondering if there are clubs quite closer to our place (we live near Shaw Blvd). We know Eastwood’s Manor is currently under renovation and that’s the nearest club we could think of.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. 🙂

    • admin

I don’t think there are any real clubs in Pasig anymore. So you either have to go to the Fort, Makati, or QC

  • Rakesh

I will be arriving to Manila from Singapore on 31st, May (Thursday) From Thursday nite to Saturday, which club is the hottest place to party & look for dinky girls.

    • admin

Go to Republiq or 7th High on Friday

  • David

Ah and one more question, maybe you guys can help us: we’ll be staying in Boracay most of the time during our senior trip, any places you guys recommend us hitting up?

    • admin

Boracay: Paraw Club, Guilly’s Island, Epic, Sumer Place and Cocomangas

      • Geoff

Also try a place called area 51 if your into good underground dance tunes and decent d.j’s. It is not too big and is outdoors also and a great atmosphere.

  • David

Hey, great post you guys got going here.

Anyhow, I got a question: Me and my mates are staying in Manila for a Sunday (last day of our Senior Trip), we’re wondering where we can go out clubbing on a Sunday. I understand the prime times are Friday and Saturday, but please tell me there are some sweet places we can hit up on a Sunday.

We are staying at Resorts World Manila Marriott if that helps.

    • admin

Unfortunately Sunday’s are not big for clubbing or night-life in Manila. It’s pretty much the only night when there is not much to do in terms of clubs and bars with dj’s. You could check out some girly-bars if you are into that, and sports bars are usually crowded on Sundays.

    • admin

Republiq, Opus, Prive and sometimes Palladium

  • Hi, il be going down to manila on July 30,2012.
Since its Monday, what club can you suggest with good crowd and decent bar?
5 girls, is it possible to be on their guest list?
    thanks much:)

    • admin

Monday is not really a big night. You could try Opus at Resorts World or Prive in Fort Bonifacio Global city. Also the rooftop at Time is okay on Monday nights. All are free to enter.

  • Ronald Hayter

Okay so my story is abit different. Im an American guy aged 21, I’m not quite sure where other people from the states hangout who are of my age. The clubs I tried havent had younger americans, everyones above 28/30. Im tryina make friends of my age in there so the music isnt really the only factor. Do you know which club is more suitable? The younger americans basically study in Brent or ISM (International School of Manila). Ive already graduated from ISM highschool which is why unfortunately im not in contact with the rest of the american people. Do you know a club where ISM students hang out at? Or simply americans of my age? Thank you.

    • admin

Have you tried Palladium? It’s quite easy to make friends there. Just look for the Jamir brothers and they will introduce you to everyone.

  • Chris

Hey was just wondering what clubs are open during the week and what are thebest during the week? Palladium and Time would be the closes to where im gonna stay, what are they like? Cheers

    • admin

Time has a party on their rooftop every Monday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays you could check out Bond. Wednesdays is ok in Palladium.

  • Le Ann

Hi there on Fridays do they still charge 800php on entrance even if you have your name on the GL list? thanks and cheers! 🙂

    • admin

It’s free if you’re on the GL, but prepare to wait in line for quite a while.

  • katherine

Hi, I’m going to travel to Philippines soon and was wondering where are the best EDM (electronic dance music) clubs are and if and if any famous djs will be playing. Like laid back Luke, gareth emery, above and beyond, tydi, even Tiesto or alesso. Thanks.

    • admin

Underground EDM: Time in Makati, commercial EDM: Republiq (Saturdays), or if you are lucky there is a BigFish event when you visit, they have big international (trance) DJs.

  • monixx

how much would be the entrance fee at 7th high? is it nice to party there on saturdays during June?

  • Mia

Do you know when will The Establishment be open again?

    • admin

Not sure if and when they will re-open.

  • Hi,

My friends and I are planning to go out on Wednesday in celebration of the appraisal results at work and I have clubbing in mind. Which place would be great? We’re Makati-based, by the way.

    Hope to hear from ya.

    • admin

The best on Wednesday is Repbuliq at Resorts World

  • Ahmed

Hi! My friend’s coming to Manila only for day and he wants to go clubbing. Unfortunately, he’ll only be here on a sunday. Are there nice party places open on a Sunday? Thanks!

    • admin

There is not much to do on Sundays. Just smaller bars and pubs.

  • mimi

Hi just want to ask how much is the entrance fee on Palladium? thanks! :))

    • admin

It is easy to get free guestlist, just say Jamir at the door.

  • Rico

I’m going to manila on thursday, any recommendations where should I go this thursday night? Hip/hop top 40 is preferred but is there any place that poppin on thursday night?

    • admin

Thursdays are not very big in the Makati area, only bars like MCafe and Bond are popular on Thursdays. If you want a club you have to go to Quezon City (Sexy Thursdays at Excess Superclub).

  • Kevin Khu

What do you guys recommend on fridays?

    • admin

  • marl

hi I’m visiting manila on may and looking for a club that plays hip hop and top 40 any great recommendation?

    • admin

      Republiq, 7thHigh, Opus, Palladium

  • Brian

I am a Fil-Am and I am taking my friends from Europe and Canada to travel all around the Philippines. We will only be in Manila March 27th and April 2nd…Which clubs do you recommend for these days? Thanks!

    • admin

Try Prive in the Fort on March 27, they have a new event. Or Bond (bar) in Makati. April 2nd try Opus.

  • Lynn

Hi we’re about 10 ladies planning a bridal shower in Manila on Apr 12, where can you recommend us to go clubbing on a Thursday!! I know Republiq & Palladium dont open on Thursdays 🙁 & we want a decent, nice club. Thanks in advance!!

    • admin

Prive or Opus. Thursday’s is not a big night for clubs, those are the only ‘real’ clubs that are open. Quezon City is more popular on thursdays, but it’s a lot more ‘local’.

  • wendy

Hi, i wanna know where can we (my bf) go clubbing on monday or tuesday in Manila?
We prefer, not too crowded place but decent one. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

    • admin

Try Opus. It’s a really nice place and not too packed on Monday.

  • Vanessa

Me and 2 other girls are looking to go out in Manilla on Sat 24th March. We prefer more commercial music and not really house. Where would you recommend for the 3 of us to go to dance the night away? And what would be the best way of getting on the guest lists?

    Thanks very much!

    • admin

Republiq is commercial house (house versions of pop/top40 songs etc). You could also try 7th High or Palladium. Guestlist info is on this site.

  • sam

Hi there! thank you very much for this blog, i’ve learned a lot! 🙂 anyway i am wondering if i could sign in names for a guestlist at manor superclub eastwood, my friends from davao are coming here in manila and i promised them that i would take them out for clubbin’, i am slightly on a tight budget so i was wondering if i could do that so i won’t have to pay for the entrance fee.. thanks a lot!

    • admin

You can txt 09178825055 for Manor guestlist, but make sure you bring some girls. They usually don’t put groups with just guys on the guest list.

  • Teeny Weeny

We’re a group of teens and we would like to go party this weekend because it’s my friend’s birthday. We’re looking for a place with RnB music and a crowd like us, Where would you recommend us?
Thanks so much for the help!

    • admin

Try Manor in Eastwood or 7th High in Bonifacio Global City (The Fort)

  • Sunny

im comin down for 3 – 4 days to Manila only, will be staying near the airport…

is travellin to makati far from airport?

n wats the general admission fee like?

    would u recommend best nights for Feb 3, 4 n 5?

i like ambient / minimal tech / house / hiphop

would be glad to get some positive response…

    • admin

Go to Republiq on Friday or Saturday, it’s very close to the airport and it’s the best club.
      It’s 800PHP entrance with 2 free drinks.
Friday is mashup/hiphop/top40, just great party. Saturday is house/trance/dance.
Opus is in the same building. Both are at Resorts World Manila.

Other good places are in Bonfifacio Global City (The Fort), like Prive or 7th High.

In Makati there is only Palladium and lots of bars and restaurants (Greenbelt area) and Time in Makati Avenue, which is a smaller club (a bit more underground house music)
From the airport to Makati is 20 minutes (with no traffic), but can take up to 1hr during rush hour.

  • The WIG Music

I’m a NYC based DJ/Producer/live act specializing in house/EDM that will be touring in the general area of the world beginning on April 4th through the end of the month. With a US based booking agency that isn’t too savvy on the scene in the Manila area, what are some places you believe would be a good fit/rather easy to book in this shorter time span? Thank for the help! =)

    -The WIG

    • admin

Depending on your style of music: Time (underground club), Opus (hip modern lounge/club), or Prive (hip modern lounge/club).

  • Lowe

I’m going to be in Manila February 2nd for 1 night. My girlfriend and I would like to know a good hip hop/ reggae club in Manila preferably one not too far from the airport.
Thanks a million for your help

    • admin

Feb 2 is on a Thursday, not many clubs are open. The best place to go would be Prive.

  • Curnzy

Wassup Party peeps!!!! Basically gonna be flexin’ in Manila from the U.k Feb 17th and 18th of feb…. Thought I would start with the big guns and find a fat rave going down in the city!!! Drum and Bass, dubstep, breaks, hip hop suites my pallet…. any ideas?

    • admin

Republiq has hiphop/top40/mashup on Fridays. You can go to 7th high on Saturday. Both play commercial hiphop. There is no real underground places for d&b, etc.

      • bumpdrip

Search for “B-Side”. Underground Dub, Dubstep, D&B, Brostep, Chillstep etc. Makati area, Malugay St. i guess. Best music during Sundays

  • crunk

HI! i’ll be having my cousin and her french friend from baguio and they wanted to go to manila on saturday for some clubbing, they want republiq or seventh high but i’m not sure that I can take them there because we’ll just be sneaking out from our homes ;p could i take them to bliss then? we don’t have so much budget then because we’re just sneaking out xp where else can i take them for an unforgettable night clubbing? i want them to have the best party here in manila so when they go back to Baguio they can tell their friends how much they had fun here. Thanks!

    • admin

Republiq is the nicest club, but also the most expensive. If you are just girls you could try to get on the guestlist so you don’t have to pay entrance (just click here and fill out the form). 7th high could be nice as well (follow them on Twitter for Guestlist inf), or Palladium (if you go early just say Jamir at the door to get in for free).

      • crunk

thanks! 🙂 We ended up at 7th high last saturday night and it was a blast! >=D WE REALLY HAD AN AWESOME NIGHT! although i’ve spent all my money and now i’m broke @_@ haha but still no regrets then! 😀 THANKS! 😉

  • SaintNik

I am travelling to Manila and want to go for Fri + Sat party (Jan 27-28th, 2012) before I head off to Boracay for a week kiteboarding…. Thinking of staying around Pasay area and keen to take on the town and clubs.. are there any particular club nights or special events/parties you would recommend.. We like house, deephouse, hiphop and breaks.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

    • admin

For Fridays I recommend Republiq. They play hiphop/mashup hits like the big clubs in Vegas and Miami. It get’s very crowded though. Republiq has house music on Saturdays (commercial house). If you want more underground house music you can go to Time in Makati. You could also go to Palladium in Makati which has a big international crowd, their music is usually mainly commercial house and some hiphop. Palladium is the easiest place to meet people and mingle.

In Boracay check out Guilly’s, Araw, Summer Place and Epic for the best parties.

  • Irish

Hi, I’m coming home to the Philippines in a week. I want to go and check out republiq. I’m wondering how much does it cost to reserve a table and does that include the entrance fee?I need some details regarding reserved table. ( max. people, consumable drinks..etc) thanks!

  • American Guest

Thanks for making this blog! We ended up going to Republiq and had a blast. The club was kinda boring until around 1am when the vibe picked up. Although this club definitely deserves the right go be Manila’s #1 nightlife destination. They also definitely had a perfect combo music (hip hop/top 40/house).

    • boooo

rrriiing. I’d choose 7th high over this club. Long-live 7th High!

  • lanz montano

can i reseved for a vip room or slot there in dolce?

    • admin

Please content Dolce directly for VIP tables

  • Apple

    Hi there,

I am going to Manila for the holidays in two weeks from the US. Any recommendations on NY Eve parties including any details you may have for it (I.e. Table/bottle service, how many people does that get in). Also, I had heard that there are block parties and that people recommend to go to those and then the clubs on NY Eve. Any suggestions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    • admin

Try to make it to Republiq for the best NYE party in Manila. Tables are probably sold out already though. Also tables are quite pricey for NYE. They have packages which include set bottles and food.

  • Ann

I found your website when searching for nightlife in Manila. I am coming to visit the Philippines with two friends from the states and wanted to take them to a nice hotspot near or around Makati mid December. What would you recommend for a place with good hip-hop/top 40 music that is open Monday or Tuesday night?
    Thanks for any help,

    • admin

Monday I recommend Opus, in Resorts World. Tuesday maybe Izakaya in Greenbelt or Prive.

    • EJ Pascua

Monday Time club is rockin’. You may look for liquid promotion for some photo as well. :).

    • Russel

hi ann i can go with you if you want. i can give you a tour. 🙂
