Republiq table booking

How to book or reserve a table at Republiq?

If you’d like to book a table for Republiq the easiest to get in touch is by phone. Just call or text 09175508888. If you call from outside the Philippines use + 639175508888. Republiq is very popular club. You should book your table at least a month in advance to avoid disappointment. If you are not a regular customer you have to claim your table as soon as the club opens, or they might give it away to someone else. If you don’t want to go that early and if you want to be 100% sure you get your table it’s advisable to pre-pay your table a few days in advance. You can pre-pay your table at Cafe Republiq next door, which is open every night.

At special events it’s nearly impossible to get a table. Most tables will go to sponsors, celebrities, VIPs and regulars. If a popular event is announced and you would like to book a table you should text or call right away!

How much does it cost to book a table at Republiq?

It depends on the type of table that you want to book and the night you go out. Prices are more expensive in the weekends, but all money you spend on any table is always fully consumable. So if you book a table for PHP 10,000 and your total bill for the night is PHP 12,000 you will need to pay PHP 2,000 when you close your tab. Usually you settle the amount at the entrance. There is no refund given if your bill is less than that you paid for your table.

Republiq Table Rates
Platinum: PHP 20,000 Fridays / PHP 15,000 Saturdays / PHP 12,000 Wednesdays
Gold: PHP 15,000 Fridays / PHP 15,000 Saturdays / PHP 12,000 Wednesdays
Silver: PHP 15,000 Fridays / PHP 12,000 Saturdays / PHP 8,000 Wednesdays
Bronze: PHP 12,000 Fridays / PHP 10,000 Saturdays / PHP 6,000 Wednesdays
Coctail: PHP 8,000 Fridays / PHP 6,000 Saturdays / PHP 4,000 Wednesdays

* Note that when there are special events the prices for the tables increase, and sometimes the amount you pay not fully consumable. It may also happen that you are only allowed to order liquor from brands that sponsor the event.

Which table is the best? Where are the tables located in the club?

It depends on what you like and your budged. Some people like to be in the back of the club, others like to be on the dance-floor and others like to be close to the DJ. Check the table layout below for the exact location of each table. When you book a table let them know at least 2 or 3 choices in case your preferred table is already booked.

Republiq Table Layout

How many people can I bring in when I have a table?

It depends on the table, but usually it’s 1 person per 1,000 PHP. So if you have a table that costs PHP 10,000 you are allowed to bring 10 people.

It is usually possible to have a few (up to 5) extra people. They will be charged PHP 1,000 per person at the door, but this amount is fully consumable, so it can be deducted from your total bill.

Do I have to wait in line when I have a table reserved?

There is a special table line. The doorman will have a list with all table bookings, so if your name is on that list you will be inside in no time. Most people arrive around the same time however, so it might happen that you have to wait in line even though you have a table. Also don’t be surprised or get angry when the bouncers let in other groups or people first. Even if you have a table, and are waiting in front of the table-line. the bouncers might let in certain people, groups of VIPs or celebrities before you. Don’t let this spoil your night. Eventually you will get in and you will have a great time in one of the best clubs in town!

You can just walk in. It depends on the time you arrive, but usually there is no line or just a short line for paid entrance. It’s 600-800 including 2 free drinks. Friday is considered a weekend.

You can walk in at any time, but the later you come the longer you have to wait, and the less chance you have of getting in. Especially on Fridays the club gets very full and they won’t let more people in when it’s super busy. The best time for walk-in is before 11.30 / 12

Consumable means that this amount will be deducted from your final bar tab. So you can consume the full amount in drinks and snacks.
So if you book a table for 10K, you pay this when you arrive. Then if your bill for drinks is 11K, you only pay 1K when you settle your bill.

They have a separate line for the table reservations. But if it’s busy you might still have to wait in line with the other people that have a table. But it’s a lot faster than the guestlist line :)

Driving License will be fine. It’s easy to gain entry without booking, just pay the entrance. Usually the lines are for people that are on the guestlist, but if you just pay the entrance you can get in right away. If you go on a Friday make sure to be early (before 11.30/12, because later it gets very full and you might have to wait long to get in.

When booking a table do I have to call a month in advance? And pay the same day I called? Or just pay when I get there? Where do I pay? Do we have to wait in line? I’m arriving in manila on Nov.25…

You can pay on the actual night for which you booked the table, but they’ll ask you to be there at like 10.30 (the club doesn’t get busy until 11.30 / 12), so if you don’t want to go that early you can pay it the day before (or earlier) next door at Cafe Republiq.

I recommend booking your table a month in advance to avoid the tables being booked already.

a 15k table includes access for 15 people. They keep track of how many people got an entry stamp for each table, so if your other friends come later they can just say your name at the door and they will get in without any problem or extra payment

So just to check if I book a table for 10k and I bring 4 other people with me all 5 of us would not have to pay entry? And all 5 of us could consume the 10k? And pay 1k at the end of the night to settle the bill?

Because there will be 5 men going will we still need to bring at least 1 girls per guy to get entry?

A 10k table includes free access for 10 people. And then the 10K will be deducted from you bar tab. So if you spend 12K on drinks, you will pay 2K when you bill out.

If you have a table, there is no guy-girl ratios. So you could bring just 9 guys, it would be no problem (but very boring haha)

If your group has at least 50% girls you can get on the guestlist, so you don’t have to pay entrance. If you’re group has mainly guys, you have to pay or book a table. If you are on the guest list you have to come early, around 11 would be the best. Entrance fee is usually 800 and includes 2 standard drinks.

Table includes free entrance for up to 15 people (depending on which table).
You don’t have to pay entrance fee when you have a table.

Yes, there is no minimum amount of people, so 3 girls will be fine. As long as you pay the 8K the table is yours and you can spend the full 8K on drinks/food. There is no entrance fee when you have a table.

Yes, you pay 15,000 php and it includes entrance and you don’t have to spend any money inside. You can use the full 15K to buy drinks (and food). There is no refund if you spend less than 15K.

depends on the days, for Fridays they usually require full prepayment before the table booking. Or you have to come really early as soon as the club opens.

If you get a 10K table, you have 10K for ‘open bar’. In other words you can spend the full 10K on drinks and snacks. If you spend more than 10K you just pay for the extra when you leave.

You can book your table many months in advance if you want. Republiq will probably be open on Dec 28 and Dec 29, so you can just book your table for one of those nights. Dec 31 New Years the prices for the tables will be much higher, and it might be sold out already.

Hello. I will be coming from Switzerland and I’m planning to have a party at Republiq Club with 10-12 persons. If make a Gold table reservation for the price of 15k, do I also have to pay for our entrance fee separately or the free access for the 10-12 person is already included with the 15K Gold table reservation?Do I have to pay for our reservation upon arriving at the club and do we also have to stand in line for long while waiting to be admitted? I also noticed that there is not much cocktail drink on the Price list for drinks, can I request or order for cocktails like Mojito, Mai Tai, Margarita, Cosmopolitan, Singapore Sling, Martini?Do you also have the menu for the snacks available? Hi, you don’t have to pay any entrance fee if you get the 15K table.
You don’t have to wait very long in line. They have a separate line for table reservations, but if like 5 groups arrive at the same time you might have to wait for a few minutes.
You can order cocktails, it should be no problem.
I don’t have the snack menu, will try to make a picture of it next time and post it.

As for payment, if it’s for a Friday they might ask you to pre-pay it a few days in advance. On a Saturday they usually want you to come very early to guarantee the table, so it’s easier to pay the day before or send someone to pay it.

I wanted to ask if you can break down the differences between these tables, basically, what’s included with the given rates? I’m looking at a reservation on a friday night.

If you book a table the full amount is consumable. So if you pay 15,000 PHP it is free entrance for your group and you can spend the full 15,000 on drinks. So if you buy 5 tequila at 2700 you still have 1500 left to spend on more drinks.
